I was able to make a same day appointment online, which I greatly appreciated. Alex came out to the house earlier than expected, explained the issue and what repair was needed and had his crew fix it the same day. My dad is 92 years young. He couldn't deal with his roof alone. I had to be the middle person for his roof to be replaced after a resent wind storm. AZ Roofing was great. They were very patient and caring with my dad and me. They were there when we contacted the insurance company, meet with the adjuster, and were kind thru the roofing process.
